A portion of our products are based on traditional bronze bearings that require lubrication where friction occurs. We machine self lubricating bronze bearings according to customers’ drawings. Bronze is still the main material used in the production of friction bearings. The range of alloys developed and the variety of lubricants available make it possible to use them in a wide range of operating conditions. In order to meet the widest range of applications, the main ways of casting bronze bushings are continuous casting and centrifugal casting bronze casting, offering a variety of copper alloy materials for copper bearings, from which we have selected the most important alloys. c93200 tin bronze, lead bronze, c95400 aluminum bronze and c86300 high tensile brass. However, thanks to this cooperation, it is also possible to produce copper bearings in other alloys when necessary, which were not previously custom size bronze bearings.
